Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data.
Your rights under DPDP Act
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service provider.
- Right to Grievance: File a complaint with our Grievance Officer if your request is not addressed.
We will respond to your request within 7 days as mandated by the DPDP Act, 2023.
